Snowy Sweet Potato Ball

Everybody starts making Christmas theme Bento…I hope I can make one too. Since I’m still busy doing my thesis, I have no time to think about Christmas theme bento design. But I want to welcome Christmas as well. So instead of making bento I made a snowy snack!

“Snowy Sweet Potato Ball”. It’s a very simple snack. All you have to do is just steam the sweet potato, mashed it, add a little bit of water and cornstarch and fry it. Don’t forget to sprinkle powdered sugar on the top of it and it’s done!

By the way, sometime I used Japanese word in my post and maybe not all of you know the meaning. So here is a simple little Japanese-English-Indonesian dictionary:

Yatta: Yeay!; Asik!

Ja: Well; Jadi

Itadakimasu: Enjoy your meal; Selamat makan

Ganbatte: Good luck; Semangat
